Through waves of updates and full rebrands I developed graphics workflows for the global Yahoo News video team. The latest incarnation once again called for a balance of functionality and usability. Sometimes this can require rethinking designs or limiting the end users ability to make adjustments. Having an open dialogue has been vital to determining how to build and adapt these graphics systems for their team members.
